The founder, Miahi, spent years watching people buy prefab sheds and then quietly regret it. Cold in January, damp in November and not really useable for the purpose they were bought. Ten years on we've delivered over 150 rooms across Bedford, Luton, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard, Biggleswade, Ampthill and the wider county. Every one is designed and built around the specific property and the specific use, with a full SIPs structure, warm-roof construction and premium interior finishes. The core belief hasn't changed: educate first, sell second. If a garden room isn't the right fit for a project we'll say so.
